The pilot of the the submarine investigating strange occurrences at the bottom of the Baltic Sea reports unexplained movements in the water. Then the camera of the sub suddenly goes dark. The camera is later found to be broken, and bizarre scratches can be seen on the hull. Viewing what the camera recorded just before going dark, something looking like a scaly and clawed hand is seen coming up from behind…

The Baltic Sea Anomaly is a modern era Call of Cthulhu adventure set in the Baltic region of northern Europe, involving a strange phenomenon discovered on the sea floor. The adventure is suitable for 1 Game Master and 4-5 players. Estimated playing time: 4-5 sessions.
