Người đã đi... Covid giết hôm qua
Tình đã xa và tình đau mãi mãi
Nắng đã phai ngày bỗng dài vô tận
Người đi rồi! Đêm lịm chết hồn thơ
Trả cho em những ngày mơ, ngày mộng
Nụ hôn ấm nồng ta đã trao nhau
Giàn thiên lý vẫn vàng màu nhung nhớ
Bên hiên nhà hoa quấn quýt chiều mơ
Ngày người đi... ta lạc lõng bơ vơ
Tim chết lặng thẫn thờ đời hấp hối
Hận Covid chia đôi bờ tuyệt vọng
Tiễn người đi dòng huyết lệ tuôn mờ
Khăn tang trắng đưa người về đất mẹ
Áo xô buồn hương khói lệ tang thương
Gió hát ru khe khẽ tiễn bên đường
Vĩnh biệt nhé! Chốn vô thường người đi…

Covid Tears
He was gone... Covid claimed him yesterday.
Love has gone, and the pain remains forever.
The sun has faded, the day suddenly becomes endlessly long.
He was gone! The night is silent, and poetry's soul has died.
Repay me the dreamy days of youth,
The warm, affectionate kisses we once shared.
The Palakana vines still glisten its nostalgic gold color.
By the flower-covered porch, dreams cling to the evening.
The day he was gone... I felt lost and desolate.
My heart in gloomy silence dies a gradual death.
Angered grief at Covid for separating our paths in life.
Bidding farewell to love with bitter tears in my eyes.
A white mourning cloth escorting him to mother earth.
The mourning robe carries the scent of grieving tears.
The wind softly sings a lullaby of parting sorrow.
Farewell Forever. In this transient realm, my love has departed…
