I offer you a spring blossom.

Dividing the petals between us just this once.

Climbing up the pomelo tree, I gaze at the sky.

Galloping horse shadow blending into the dusk light.

I hand you a wine cup here.

One for me, and a brimming one for you.

Oh, the time of war and battles!

Robes dyed in blood, hearts broken with parting sorrow.

I give you a mournful sigh.

Biting my lips, what farewell words can I speak?

You put your face in my hair, and whispered loving words.

Looking back at our twenties, life’s like a poignant dream.

I pose a question to you: Is there or isn't there?

The Enchanted river, the Awakening shore at the world’s end.

Spring's fragrance lingers like a withering scent,

Azure petals falling! Oh my love oh me, oh Love!...
