Everyone knows gmail and if you don't you'll be needing a gmail account, not only for mailing purposes but so you'd get a google account with it that'll allow you to make use of the tools google can provide for you.

For now I'll assume that you already have an account - if not please register one now - and will show how to access the rest of the tools.

Up, in the right hand corner you'll see your profile and immediately left to it a bunch of dots in a circle.

That is the Google Apps button and clicking on it will bring up some options.

The list of apps may vary, but we'll use the ones I marked. For the ones that aren't visible right away, you'll have to hit the "More" on the bottom.
