Xanthilites Bowerbanki is a relatively common species of crab found across many London Clay sites. These sites include Sheppey, Butts Cliff, Allhallows, Aveley, Medway Estuary, Maylandsea, Steeple Bay, Tankerton, Elmley, Herne Bay and Seasalter.
