This is an example of one of their more popular products called blend 43. it is packaged in a glass bottle and labeled before being shipped worldwide.
Nescafe’s production involves many steps. First, coffee beans are picked, roasted, and ground into fine powder.
For instant coffee, the ground beans are turned into liquid and dried in two ways; freeze drying and spray drying. Freeze-drying removes water in a vacuum to keep the flavor strong, while spray-drying dries the liquid with hot air, leaving just the coffee powder. Both methods help keep the coffee fresh.
For ready-to-drink coffee, brewed coffee is mixed with milk, sugar, and flavors to keep it smooth. The ingredients are blended to keep the same quality consistent. Once ready, the coffee is packed in jars, sachets, or bottles and shipped worldwide. Nescafe uses glass jars, aluminum cans, mostly reused plastic packets and recyclable paper boxes to ship their products and are working towards using more eco-friendly materials to replace them with. Packaging materials are brought in from different suppliers locally or internationally depending on the location of the production, and are stored in warehouses to keep them in good condition and readdy for shipping.
And this here is one of their products inside of a recyclable box.
