Since I was little I always enjoyed eating bread, I used to live right next to a bakery so I would get to enjoy all those wonderful smells! My mother was not a big baker, but when I was a teenager she got me a job at a bakery. So from there I learn how to make some breads. My mother's favorite was my cinnamon rolls. With time I got busy and I stopped making bread, but when I got married I started baking here and there again and then one day my husband pointed out to me this quote:
"It is a religious duty for every Christian girl and woman to learn at once to make good, sweet, light bread from unbolted wheat flour. "

I decided to get more serious on my bread making and started researching about different ways of making bread because I was experiencing some symptoms of gluten intolerance. I was thankful to find videos on YouTube about the benefits of Fresh Milled Flour (FMF). My gluten intolerance symptoms went away and I was so thankful for it that I decided to share about FMF bread with others. So when I get a chance I share a loaf of bread or videos with information so others can taste and learn about the benefits!
Thanks for visiting!
