Key Responsibilities
Study Management:
Plan, organize, and manage the daily activities of clinical research studies.

This 1-year fellowship is designed for graduates with a valid visa who wish to enhance their knowledge and skills while contributing to our cutting-edge research initiatives and neurology clinic operations.
This role provides a unique chance to gain exposure to both clinical and research settings under the direct supervision of Dr. Espinosa, fostering professional growth in preparation for future residency or career opportunities in the U.S. healthcare system.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Support:
Assist in patient care activities within the neurology clinic, including patient history taking, documentation, and supporting diagnostic and treatment planning.
Observe and learn neurology-specific procedures and clinical workflows.
Research Participation:
Assist with ongoing clinical research projects, including patient recruitment, data collection, and study documentation.
Prepare research reports, abstracts, and presentations for publication or academic dissemination.
Ensure compliance with all research protocols and institutional review board (IRB) guidelines.
Educational Development:
