Pregnancy is an exciting time for expectant parents.  It can also cause anxiety as you encounter a variety of questions and options week to week. It is helpful to have an experienced person to provide emotional and educational support to get you through. As your prenatal support person, I will walk you through what to expect through each trimester in a variety of ways.

• Bi-weekly (up to 30 min) check-ins via FaceTime/Facebook Messenger/What’s App until week 30 and weekly check-ins starting week 31.

• Marco Polo and email availability for questions with a 24-36 hour response time frame.

• The Doula’s Garden Guide to Planning for Postpartum e-workbook included with booking(coming Fall 2021!)

Gold Package: support starts anytime in the 1st or second trimester and continues until birth; $1200

Silver Package: support starts anytime in the 3rd trimester and continues until birth; $900

50% non-refundable deposit is due at signing of  contract. The remaining balance is due at 34 weeks gestation. Payment plans are available if booked before 32 weeks (please ask!).
