For this assignment, I was tasked with creating a payroll spreadsheet titled “Criteria Suite Projected Period – March 2025.” The spreadsheet was designed to display and calculate payroll details for a group of employees. The key columns included:

Using formulas, I calculated the Total Pay by combining the base pay and overtime earnings, and then computed the Net Pay after applying deductions. This project enhanced my understanding of spreadsheet functions such as basic arithmetic operations, formatting cells for clarity, and applying formulas efficiently.
It gave me real-world insight into how spreadsheets can be used for administrative and financial purposes, especially in education or office settings. I also practiced using functions like SUM, conditional formatting, and auto-calculation, which are valuable skills for managing data.
