At 47, my focus is on building a body that lasts without sacrificing power. My programming follows the principles of classic CrossFit GPP (General Physical Preparedness). This means constant variance: lifting external loads, moving with purpose, and mastering body control. The aim is to be ready for any challenge life throws at me, whether it's a demanding day at work, active time with my family, or a long day in the mountains.
