• For online, shipped sales, we offer a limited refund policy because shoppers do not have a chance to examine merchandise closely prior to purchase.

• When you receive your shipped purchase, please inspect immediately. If you find an item does not meet your expectations, you may return the item within one week of the date your received your purchase.

• For instances where you would like to make an exchange, since most of our items are one-of-a-kind, we highly recommend you make the new purchase as soon as possible to ensure the item is not sold to another customer.

• Information is provided with your purchase on how to initiate a return. The link to request an authorization to return shipped merchandise can be found here. You will receive additional instructions for completing the return.
