VSware is the student management information system (MIS) used by Coláiste Mhuire, allowing parents to view their child’s timetable, attendance, and examination results from First to Sixth year.
This year, we introduced a new feature were parents and guardians can now record absences directly through the VSware Parental App.
This means you will no longer need to submit verification of past absences or notify us of future absences—such as appointments—via the Student Journal, email to Year Heads, or phone calls to the office. You can conveniently log absences at any time using the VSware App.
We ask all parents/guardians to ensure they have access to VSware, verify that their contact information is up to date, and take time to familiarise themselves with the platform as:
Using VSware for absence recording and communication is the most efficient method and greatly assists our secretary in managing the workload.
Our school has a single secretary responsible for administrative duties, including monitoring emails, phone calls, and the school office, while also supporting students, parents/guardians, and staff.
