For the 2025/26 academic year some positive updates have been made to the CMA uniform.
However, all existing uniform items purchased prior to these changes remain fully acceptable and may continue to be worn and handed down to younger siblings.
A summary of the changes is outlined below, with a link provided to the full updated uniform policy for your reference.
Mike O’Connell’s remains the preferred uniform supplier for CMA. Uniforms can be viewed, fitted, and ordered in-store, offering high-quality Irish-made products that often represent better value than many online alternatives.
A uniform fitting, sales, and collection service will be held at the school in August to support families in preparing for the new school year. You will receive an SMS message notifying you of this date.

New Crested Quarter Zip:
A new official crested quarter zip is now available and may be worn as part of the school uniform. This item is supplied exclusively by Mike O’Connell’s.
PE T-Shirt:
A specified crested Academy PE T-shirt can now be purchased at a more competitive price from Mike O’Connell’s, in addition to the existing version still available at O’Neills.com.
PE Shorts/Leggings:
It is no longer compulsory to purchase crested shorts or leggings for PE from O’Neills.com. These remain an option, but students may now wear non-crested navy shorts, leggings, or pants from other suppliers.
Updated School Jumper:
Newly purchased school jumpers will feature an updated crest and a higher neckline to reflect the removal of the school tie.
Important
All existing uniform items remain fully acceptable and may continue to be worn and handed down.
The updated items will be introduced organically over time, allowing families to transition gradually.
