And believe it or not, your eyes tell their own story. And believe it or not, there's been actually a lot of studies that back this up. In 1998, a psychologist named Art Aaron brought dozens of couples, both men and women, who had never met before, they put them together in a room at a lab at NYU. Then he asked them to look at each other into their eyes for two minutes without saying a single word, and the results were freaking insane. At the end of this, both test subjects reported feeling extremely attracted to their test partner.
Believe it or not, one of the couples even got married a year later. Since then, there have been hundreds if not maybe even thousands of YouTube videos showing this effect, and it's all because of this study, and it goes to show the power of eye contact. So there are ways that you can use your eyes to be able to really subtly seduce a man. I'm gonna talk about the three core ways you can make it happen. The first way is to use your eyes to get him to approach you. All you gotta do is when you're out at night and you see a guy that you're interested in, look at him, give him quick eye contact, then look away
In 2001, an English scientist named Chris Finch showed hundreds of people pictures of faces staring directly at them. He then took brain scans of the subjects, and every single scan registered activity of the regions of the subject's brain that normally produces dopamine when rewarded for something. In layman's terms, when someone made eye contact with them, it would almost feel like they were getting a gift. And I'll tell you this much, back when I was single and I was just at a bar hanging out with one of my buddies, if I got eye contact like that, it felt like a (bleep) gift. So go ahead, try this, or if you've done this before, leave a comment letting me know how it went. Number two is when you're talking to him, maintaining eye contact about 70% of the time.
There is a Harvard psychologist named Zick Rubin, and in the 1970s, Rubin created what's called a love scale by which couples who have been together for, you know, several years reported how intense and exciting and loving the relationship was. And then after giving each couple a score based on their responses, Rubin then sent the couples to a room where cameras monitored their eye movements. Rubin found, and this is insane, that couples who are still deeply in love with each other looked at each other about 75% of the time while talking. As a side note, in normal conversation, people only look each other in the eye about 30% to 60% of the time. What most people do is they say something, then they look away, they say something, then they look away, and they think about it, and they say something. On the other hand, when people are really connecting and there's chemistry, what do they do? They look each other directly in the eyes for about 75% of the time. And the couples in this experiment who made the least eye contact basically seemed, and many times literally, to be looking elsewhere for their excitement.

They were bored as (bleep) with their relationship. Finally, number three is express yourself with your eyes. Body language is such an enormous component of communication, and many times when you're talking to somebody, even look what I'm doing right now, you can look in shock, or you can have a little bit of suspicion as someone's talking to you, or even like playfully winking a little. Like, don't do it in a serious way, you never actually wink at someone in a serious way, but doing it in a playful way, these are all ways that you can really express your emotion with your eyes. I know it sounds cheesy and it sounds corny, but really when someone says something that is really shocking, show it with your eyes, not just your smile, not your body language. It's an incredible way of building a real connection with someone, and many times this is more important than the the words that are actually being said between the two of you.
