The Baby Bright Project

Supporting premature and critically ill newborns in the NICU is what unites our team. We are motivated by our belief that every child should have a healthy start in life and that every family should receive empathy, knowledge, and support through their toughest moments

Leadership

Starting this campaign, I aimed for its mission to reflect the same intentions as medical professionals. Our goal is to use our dedication to advocate for the urgency of offering awareness and hope to NICU families, just as medical teams fight each day for the survival of their tiniest patients.

A team of neonatologists is performing surgery for an infant who is dealing with a major health crisis, battling their fight with premature birth complications and organ underdevelopment.

The team

When I started this campaign, I didn't have many members to recruit; however, that didn't stop me from raising awareness and sharing my aspirations. Even with limited support, it motivated me even more to commit more to helping these infants for a better future. Therefore, I want to open opportunities for individuals who have the same desires and values as I, with chances to have experiences in leadership, advocacy, teamwork, and making a meaningful community impact. Our team is filled with empty positions waiting for committed people to take over and assist in determining the future course of this project. We need a companion who's willing to commit to handling many responsibilities as this project continues to expand and make a meaningful impact on NICU families. We also require someone compassionate, dependable, and passionate about supporting NICU families through creative outreach and meaningful action.
