Here is some interesting suggestions for people interested in events:

• We seek a wide range of events and encourage creativity

• We encourage talks, workshops, retros, case studies, opinion pieces, secret histories, social events, vox pops, oral history, open spaces, teaching, debates, discussions, Agile beyond IT, Agile Beyond work, The Future of Agile and.......anything you want really.

• Co-badging with existing Meet-ups groups and Community of Event

• All central events will be free and we encourage others to replicate although we understand some events may need funding for costs and local may want to charge. We intend any profit made will be donated to charity, the festival will earn anyone any money. Talk to local envoy if you need further advice

• We want to collect all of the participation in the Festival so we ask that all videos for events are passed to the the Festival team and these will be made available for free to the world! All events co-badged need to be clear that the recordings will be collected, indexed and make available to everyone! As we organise further we will have more detailed advice and and guidance and local envoys to help you with any problems or queries.
