Venue

The Congress will take place in Kolymbari, at the premises of the Orthodox Academy of Crete. 

Passport and Visa

Greece is an EU member and a member of the Schengen Agreement. Please contact your travel agent or local government agency to ensure you have the proper travel documents. You can also check the List of Countries requiring or not requiring a Visa if you need a visa. In case you need a visa, you have to contact a Greek Diplomatic or Consular Office. If Greece does not have diplomatic representation in your country, then you can contact an EU member state representing Greece. You are responsible for arranging a visa if required.

Insurance

The Organizers of the Congress do not provide insurance and do not take responsibility for any loss, accident or illness that might occur during the Conference or in the course of travel to or from the meeting site. It is, therefore, the responsibility of the participants to check their coverage with their insurance provider.

Invitation

In case you need a formal Invitation, please e-mail the Organizing Committee indicating the following information:

• • Full name of the participant

  • Institution of origin

  • Address

  • Period of stay

In case you need the Invitation to submit for a visa at a Consular Office, please include (in addition to the above information)

• • Passport Number/ Date of Issue.
