Grade 1  -  Grade 4 -  PYP Learning Support and Technology Coach

• Coach PYP faculty on incorporating innovative practices, technology tools, and activities into the curriculum

• Coordinate with the PYP Coordinator and the IT Director to develop and implement ongoing technology professional development

• Create and deliver parent information sessions about technology use

• Create tech documentation for parents, staff, and students including the Responsible Use Policy

• Act as an in-house substitute for any PYP homeroom or specialist class

• Met with departmental and grade-level teams to plan for technology integration to move lessons along the SAMR model

• Assisted with the Google Reference School application

• Modeled blended learning for teachers through digital citizenship lessons

• Created the school’s first green screen and maker space

Developed instructional technology solutions and related training materials:

• Promoted a culture of sharing through a common portal, share.kas.tw, and peer feedback and discussions of lessons

• Curated and shared resources for teachers; through my tech blog, Twitter, and through the Instagram hashtag #kastw

• Created and modeled sample lessons for teachers based on observations

Provided professional development for faculty and staff:

• Led weekly technology integration workshops, based on feedback received from teachers, and shared the screencasts through the school's YouTube playlist 

• Worked with teachers 1:1 for basic computer skills
