BOOKINGS:
All bookings for church facilities must be made through the TUC office.
For Outside groups, a form must be filled out at the office providing all pertinent information.
Donations are payable 7 days prior to the event.
Paid donations, together with a copy of the agreement, will be given to the Treasurer for deposit.
Senior's Banquets - Cost of the meal is negotiated with UCW plus cost of technician if required.
TECH:
All events requiring sound or video must use TUC equipment and technician. This also applies when CD players or laptops are used.
The technician's fee is $50 for 3 hours or $100 in excess of 3 hours.
CLEANING & SET-UP:
All renters are responsible for clean-up and leaving the premises as they found it. Otherwise, a custodial fee of $50 will apply.
Setting up and taking down tables and chairs is negotiable.
APPLIANCES:
Dishwasher - must follow posted guidelines and checklist; training may be required.
Heating/Cooling - temperatures are set according to weather conditions and can be discussed at time of rental.

Sanctuary $110
Gathering Space $ 45/3 hours and $85/6 hours
Gathering Space and Kitchen $ 55/3 hours and $90/6 hours
Fellowship Hall and Kitchen $ 85/3 hours and $140/6 hours
Parlor - Currently not rented out
GUIDELINES:
Bulletins are $30 per each 50 copies; covers to be provided by the couple.
All fees and unsigned marriage license must be at the church office 7 days prior to the wedding.
Minister, pianist and soloist are to be paid in cash; the balance to be paid in a single cheque made payable to the Thamesville United Church.
The TUC pianist must be asked first, and if he/she declines, another may be used.
A TUC technician must be used to work any equipment.
Sound and video technicians are paid every time they are used. i.e. rehearsal and wedding.
Soloist(s), if required, negotiate directly with the wedding party.
No confetti, rice, birdseed or similar items are to be used anywhere in or outside the church.
Minister fees, regardless of the amount listed above, are at the minister's discretion.
All weddings must be approved in advance by the Church Board of Directors.
