9. TDAC Timing Responsibility

Travelers are responsible for submitting TDAC within the correct time window. The official TDAC FAQ says the card should be submitted within 3 days before arriving in Thailand, including the date of arrival. 

You should not wait until the last minute. This site is not responsible for missed flights, delayed submissions, technical issues, or travel problems caused by late user action.

10. TDAC Is Not a Visa

TDAC is not a visa. It is a digital arrival card requirement.
