Characters cannot be direct copies from existing characters in media like shows, movies, etc. Importing characters from other existing media is also not allowed in the slightest. It's fine to have inspiration or use a character's face claim or voice claim, but you can't directly copy that character.
Characters must be over 18 at the very least with 21+ being the more comfortable range if they work in the casino or are a guest/mafia member.
Magic is not allowed at all, as well as no omegaverse type stuff. I can't do this again.
No NSFW based face claims, voice claims, or other stuff should be used within the submission or in roleplay. Even if your OC has a slightly more NSFW leaning job (namely performers), it's still not allowed. If there's anything NSFW in the backstory, that is fine but it must have a TW (Trigger Warning) or CW (Content Warning).
Using the template provided is not required, but it is recommended so that you have all of the important information needed. Anything that isn't marked a star before and after it is required to be filled out if applicable, which 99% of it is.
There's no OC limit, but you should at least have 1 regular OC if you'll have one or more lore relevant OCs.
Lore-Relevant OCs that are submitted are held to a higher standard for review rather than other OCs due to their role in the story.
OCs that are considered too powerful will be asked to be changed. Whether it be that they're too young to have their position or too strong for their build/height and weight or just any other reason with explanation from whoever reviewed your submission.
Any major changes made to an OC should be told to a server staff member, especially OC staff positions or character arcs to be used for the story (with permission).
If you own a lore-relevant OC, you're expected to be fairly active on the server. You don't have to be active every day, but at the very least say something or roleplay. There's no set time you have to be active, but at least being here a few times a week is enough unless given a reason to be less active like hiatus or irl business.
Characters should have effort put into them instead of seeming like a one-note idea. If you need help with ideas, you're free to ask.
Generic characters (Mary Sues/Gary Sues) with little to no flaws are not allowed.
Although not required for casual roleplays and more focused/required for lore-relevant OCs, character arcs and relationships should be taken slowly and not rushed, especially romantic relationships. This isn't a requirement, but more or less a general rule to keep in mind to help with development to flow better.
