"The Devil" is the nickname given to the casino-hotel owner, Damien Castillo. He doesn't speak much or make much of an appearance, but he's only a phone call and a mystery away from showing up. He works alone, but it doesn't mean that he doesn't have a few allies to back him up, although his allies are all mafia bosses or associated with crime in some way. How fitting for a man like him.

No mafia boss is without their enemies, which is where Miss Valentina Aguilar comes in. Running the rival casino to the Grand Mirage, the Camino Casino, she and her now deceased parents have been put on Damien's target list since Damien had taken over the Grand Mirage Casino. Valentina may seem like the easy type to get around to, but there's always smoke and mirrors within the crime underworld.
