T.G. Howard Club Day

The T.G. Howard Community Center Inc. will be sponsoring two clubs this academic year. The clubs will be highlighting local African American history as well as exposing students to various facets of African American culture.

The clubs are hosted once a month for one hour at each school. What will the students be doing you ask? The students will be meeting a variety of African American Community leaders, Entertainers, College Black Greek Organization representatives, Athletes, Entrepreneurs and many other positive role models.

Students will also get an opportunity to play games and create learning opportunities for their peers.

Snacks that are healthy and taste good will be provided with a parent’s approval.

The clubs will be held at The Pulaski Middle school as well as Critzer Elementary ( levels 3-5). Please contact the administration at each school if you want your child to participate.

A request for Pulaski Middle school students to participate must be called or sent in this week. Those that have children in Critzer elementary must contact the administration in the next two weeks.

The T.G. Howard Community Center inc. Clubs are for children of all races and genders.

We would like to thank Dr. Kevin Siers and the Pulaski School System for inviting the T.G. Howard Community Center inc. to participate in such an important initiative for the children in Pulaski County.
