A guide to the different events of the Galactic Empire.
TRAINING OVERVIEW
Training events are the primary way to rank up until the ADV ranks - from there you will need to host the events to gain the skill required to rank up. Training events provide essential information and skills that are used to train the enlists into the empire. Each training rewards 100 XP to those who pass. Co-hosting and hosting also reward 100 XP. Supervising rewards 50 XP.
Note: Officers are able to host events whenever they please, however, this does not mean you should bother them for events repeatedly!
Induction Training
Get all of the attendees into an STS. Introduce yourself and your co-host, then explain that you will be going over the rules of the Empire. Let the co-host say the rules and then quiz the attendees. Ideally, there should be at least 5 questions. Attendees need to answer over 50% of the questions correctly in order to pass. This training is aimed for Low Ranks and only they get XP from it.
Combat Training
Hosts can choose to host this on Scarif or on Futuretops. Attendees should be gathered and rounds of combat should be conducted, with various different games, maps and/or weapons to optimise their training. Hosts have freedom in how they wish to conduct this training, as long as it lasts a fair amount of time and attendees are constantly participating. To pass and gain XP, attendees must have actively participated and pushed themselves.
Drill Training
Get all of the attendees into an STS. Introduce yourself and your co-host, then explain that you will be going over the various faces and formations that will be used within the Empire and its divisions. Explain what is a correct face/formation and various tricks that might be used. Do a few rounds of F&F, and a few rounds of any obby course. The obby course should test the attendees speed, patience, and tactic in battle. Pass those who done well and met expectations.
Patrols
These can either be offensive or defensive. Offensive would be on another map and defensive would be on our home world. Attendees should be gathered and briefed about any plans and strategies to begin with. Throughout the patrol, there should be constant communication and teamwork and after a set period of time and/or if a goal has been completed, those who met expectations should be passed.
Quotas
Lieutenant+ must complete the weekly quota, or else they are provided with an infraction. Please note that 3 infractions will result in a demotion from your current position. Inactivity Notices exempt you from the quota.
Current quotas:
2 points a week for Colonel -> General
1 point a week for Lieutenant -> Major
Spectating
When spectating a training, you always need permission from the host. Moff+ however do not need permission and may spectate freely.
