RULES & REGULATIONS
All members of the Empire must abide by these rules & regulations to maintain a fun, safe and inclusive environment. These apply to the game as well as the communications server.
Galactic Empire Rules
1. Be respectful to all SWU members, this includes enemies, visitors, TGE members.
2. Discrimination, exploiting, flaming, or spamming are non tolerated behaviours and will not be tolerated. Will be dealt with accordingly to the actions that were displayed.
3. Imperial Guards or any sort of guarding unit are not to be harmed. If you have any concerns with them, please contact an HR.
4. An order from an Imperial Guard or a HR is to be followed unless it goes against TGE rules.
5. All usernames within the Discord must have your rank and name. Example: "Enlist Thrillasel".
6. Refunds for gamepasses will only be given if the gamepass is malfunctioning or broken. Only The Force or The Emperor himself may give refunds.
7. Do not Admin Abuse in game or Discord permissions given. This can result in a strike or demotion.
8. If you have a TK (team kill) gun in game, do not abuse it killing players on the same team.
9. Do not enter any spawn and kill players, this can result in a kick from game or strike.
Should you witness any member break these rules, contact an Officer with the appropriate proof for action to be taken.
Inactivity Notices
Any and all Inactivity Notices placed before Friday will exempt you from the quota. If placed on Friday or after, you will not be exempt from the week's quota. Any notices that exceeds the length of 4 weeks must be approved by a Councillor. All notices must be posted in the SWU AND TGE server. 'Inactivity hopping' in-order to avoid completing quotas will result in punishment. Divisional HR's are expected to place their notice in their divisional server too.
