Types of adverb

1. Adverb of Manner

These adverbs describe the manner of an action or the way of the occurrence of an action.

Examples of Adverb of Manner:

1. They are living happily.
2. Sara is driving carelessly.
3. He was behaving angrily.

2. Adverb of Place

These adverbs express the place of the occurrence of an action or regarding an action.

Examples of Adverb of Place:

1. They were coming here
2. Kids are playing near the house

3. Adverb of Time

These adverbs states the time of occurrence of the action. It may give sharp or rough idea about the time of occurrence of an action.

Examples of Adverb of Time:

1. He will go to school tomorrow.
2. He will come soon.

4. Adverb of Frequency

These adverbs tell about how often (or how many times) an action occurs. It gives an idea about the frequency of occurrence of an action.

Examples of Adverb of Frequency:

1. I meet him daily.
2. They always helped me.
3. He usually sleeps in the day.

5. Adverb of Degree

It expresses the extent or degree of something.

Examples of Adverb of Degree:

1. The class is too big.
2. They have too many phones.

6. Adverb of Focus

It Focuses On Verb , Subject , Object

Examples of Adverb of Focus:

1. Only He Speaks English.
2. Only She Completes Home Work.

8. Adverb of Viewpoint

It express what point of view you are speaking

Examples of Adverb of Viewpoint:

1. Morally , religiously , socially , ideologically
