There is no minimum age to take a class with us. Students must be able to physically manipulate a firearm in a safe manner. However, students under 18 years of age shall be required to attend the class together with a paying adult/guardian (18 years of age or older). Texas Sage Tactical may deny, refuse, or remove a person from a training course if they are unable to safely complete the course or are a manifest safety hazard to themselves/others.

Registering for a course can be achieved by contacting us at txsagetactical@gmail.com.

All open enrollment courses require a minimum non-refundable deposit of 50% of the course cost at the time of booking, with the remaining course tuition due at least the day before the course begins (unless other arrangements have been made).

All private lessons/custom courses require full payment at the time of booking and a minimum of two (2) calendar weeks before the date of the course/lesson

By completing your registration, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to these policies.

RESCHEDULING POLICY:

LIABILITY WAIVER

All participants in a Texas Sage Tactical course or event must have a completed registration and liability waiver filled out. No persons will be allowed to participate without a signed waiver.

Waivers will be valid during the calendar year in which they are signed.  The wavier can be viewed by clicking this link

Disclaimer: If you choose to modify your guns, you assume the liability of whether or not the gun is operating correctly. As such, you alone will be responsible in the event of a catastrophic failure of the gun, including damage to the gun and resulting property/personal damage. If you choose to bring reloaded ammunition to class, you are also solely responsible for whether or not that ammunition performs as designed.

Inclement Weather Policy

Generally, outdoor classes hosted by Texas Sage Tactical will go on rain or shine. Students should prepare accordingly. If a class cannot safely be hosted due to inclement weather (lightning, thunder, unsafe roads, unsafe training site, etc.) or any single or combination of factors that would jeopardize the health, safety, or morale of students or instructors, students will be given the option of a full refund or they can apply their tuition to a future training event.

No-Show Policy

Students who fail to show for a class will forfeit their tuition and may be subject to rejection of future classes. Students who no-show for a course they registered for may also be required to still make payment for the course.

Dress Code Policy for Firearms Training

Only paid-in-full students will be allowed on the range during the course. No guests/visitors are allowed on the range.

Students should dress appropriately for the weather and any range of hazards that may be known or unknown. Students should also be prepared for inclement weather.

Students must have their own eye and ear protection, and a baseball hat is highly encouraged. (Electronic ear protection is highly encouraged)

All students, especially our Law Enforcement and Military partners, are encouraged to wear holsters, gear, and body armor they would normally wear for a job assignment, home defense, or general practice of the 2nd Amendment.

These policies shall remain in full effect, unless other noted, and from time to time may be changed, modified, or updated at the needs of Texas Sage Tactical or its partners/affiliates.
