TEXAS SAGE TACTICAL – BLACK FRIDAY / CYBER MONDAY SALE

Terms, Limits & Conditions

1. Sale Dates

Black Friday/Cyber Monday pricing is valid from 12:01 AM Friday, Nov. 29, 2025 through 11:59 PM Friday, December 5, 2025.

Purchases made outside this window are not eligible for sale pricing.

Purchases will include applicable sales and use tax, course tuition, and the first range fee per shooter (up to $25/shooter). The student(s) are responsible for their own range fees for subsequent training sessions.

2. Valid for 2026 Training Only

Discounted hours, credit packs, and partner bundles apply only to training sessions scheduled in the 2026 calendar year.

3. Non-Refundable / Transfer Policy

All Black Friday purchases are:

• Non-refundable

• Non-Transferable

• Credits cannot be split between multiple people unless the deal explicitly states it (e.g., 2–3 shooter bundles).

4. Scheduling Requirements

All sessions must be:

• Scheduled at least 14 days in advance

• On mutually available dates (typically Saturdays or Sundays)

• Texas Sage Tactical primarily trains at The ImpactZone in Hempstead, Texas. If you wish to train at another location, you are responsible for: 1) verifying said facility allows outside instructors 2)is located within 50 miles of area code 77041.

5. Expiration

All purchased hours must be used on or before December 31, 2026.

Unused hours expire automatically and do not roll over into 2027.

6. Weather / Safety Reschedules

If weather, range closures, or safety concerns require a reschedule, the training credit is not lost.

Texas Sage Tactical will coordinate the next available date.

7. No Cash Value

Training hours, discounts, and bonus/free hours have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for refunds or merchandise.

8. Bonus / Free Hours

Free hours included in certain packages:

• Must be used during the same session or same training day as the purchased hours, unless otherwise approved.

• Cannot be separated, banked, or transferred.

9. Small Group & Partner Bundles

For discounted 2- or 3-person blocks:

• All participants must attend the same session.

• If fewer than the purchased number of shooters attend, the session will run—but the price does not change.

10. Student Requirements

All students must meet normal eligibility and safety criteria:

• Must be legally able to possess firearms

• Must follow all range rules and instructor commands

• Unsafe behavior may result in termination of the session with no refunds

Students must provide their own firearms, ammunition, training gear (holsters, mag pouches, etc.), and safety equipment. 

Texas Sage Tactical can provide a loaner handgun and/or training ammunition for a separate fee.

11. Instructor Discretion

Texas Sage Tactical reserves the right to:

• Decline training to any individual for safety or legal reasons

• Adjust training locations based on range availability

• Request proof of purchase to redeem credits

12. Acceptance of Terms

Purchasing any Black Friday/Cyber Monday package constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and other applicable Texas Sage Tactical Registration + Refund Policies.
