Each year Patriots' Path obtains multiple 4-crew contingents to experience Philmont the next year.
In January of each year, a selection process is followed to allocate crew slots for the next year. For example, crew slots for the 2025 treks were allocated in January of 2024.
The allocation process takes place on the fourth Tuesday in January.
The allocation process is defined fully in the Philmont Crew Application.
The 2025 application will be revised with more specific requirements as to deposits at this meeting.
