Puzzle

The picture is a shuffled inverted clip from a video of Sapporo - Cassandra Prime anomaly. The footage is shot at the Sapporo TV tower, and this is also where the Tessera was found.

Using the hex column of the ASCII-table, this gives the word Sapporo.

Sadly, the portal did not drop the Tessera at first, resulting into the first 3 agents per faction to hack the portal, plus the first 3 agents per faction to retrieve the Tessera to be rewarded Discoverer. Resistance won a discovery point.

Puzzle

The picture gives us some puzzle pieces, which, when put together, form a park with the Busan city logo (South Korea) in the middle. The closest portal to the dropped pin on the map, was holding the Tessera.

First hack 11 October 2019 08:29 UTC.

First post 17 October 2019 07:23 UTC.

Puzzle

This is a Ptolemy coin, from the Hellenistic kingdom based in ancient Egypt. Alexandria, a Greek Polis founded by Alexander the Great, became capital city.

33 31 31 32 35 30 4e 32 39 35 33 30 38 45

The numbers on the edge can be decoded using the Hexadecimal column of the ASCII table. This results in 311250n 295309E, which looks like coordinates. They point to the Citadel that's been build on the ruins of the ancient Alexandria Lighthouse, one of the 7 wonders of the ancient world.

Sadly, the portal did not drop the Tessera at first, resulting into the first 3 agents per faction to hack the portal, plus the first 3 agents per faction to retrieve the Tessera to be rewarded Discoverer. Both factions had 1 agent hack the portal. Resistance won a discovery point.

Puzzle

The Nemesis-glyphs show us 9005 3020 1021, the RAL colourcode for the german flag. The Epiphany logo was used both in Camp Navarro and Schloss Kaltenberg. The german flag nominates Schloss Kaltenberg as the correct place.

Sadly, the portal did not drop the Tessera at first, resulting into the first 3 agents per faction to hack the portal, plus the first 3 agents per faction to retrieve the Tessera to be rewarded Discoverer. Both factions won a discovery point.

Global drop, anyone anywhere could hack this.

Unannounced.

First post 15 October 2019 21:02 UTC.

Due to a little mistake, there was no correct thread to post this Tessera in, so all the posts on all the threads were considered correct, and the first 3 posts of this Tessera of each faction were rewarded discoverer.

The hint was showing a place in Sacramento. The metadata exposed the following:

Filename: Vessel.jpg

Location: Sacramento CA USA

Comment: There was something peculiar that he gave away...

The deaddrop ended up being shared with the anomaly winners at Sacramento Umbra Anomaly, Enlightened. We did get a scrambled picture as a hint on the forum post, that we could decode using a method we have seen before during the decoding of the EnemyMine media. The EnemyMine media does not stay the same. It used to lead us to https://tinyurl.com/y46gj98r. Here you can upload a picture, and with the correct key, you can 'unscramble' it. The hint we got was j.dj.j6h, that got decoded (???) to Y.91.126, which used as a key gave us an unscrambled picture, showing us what the deaddrop looked like. The logo on the black bag gives us the full alphabeth of the Nemesis-glyphs.

Later, when the Umbra Tessera was already placed on the board, it's asset information changed, giving us https://www.januslaboratorium.com/umbra. The decrypted message said key: Umbra Ultimatum. From the Umbra Ultimatum video we got the code MJSTWDUY but never knew what it meant. This turned out to be the key to the Umbra link. The link is no longer password protected.

The piece of paper explains that using a infra-red camera, you can read the hidden message on the black back of the physical Tessera, and a video of that reveal. Magic's Just Science That We Don't Understand Yet - Arthur C. Clarke. (MJSTWDUY)

Physical Tessera will only have 1 discoverer, as there is only 1 piece. After verification, any player from the opposite faction can make a prediction.

Verified discoverer:

@teenyhedgehog (You earn 5 point for the Enlightened as First Discoverer)

First reply opposite faction:

For placement, Resistance scored 1 point.
