Tesla functions mostly as an operational model for coordinating. Under a coordination operational model, the business concentrates on combining different tasks and assets to effectively accomplish a given objective. Tesla's primary goals include the development, manufacture, and promotion of energy solutions, renewable energy products, and electric cars (EVs). Tesla's primary objective of supplying reliable electricity and mobility has not altered, despite the firm now offering solar panels, energy storage devices (Powerwall and Powerpack), and solar panels. The company's endeavors in energy storage and renewable energy enhance its electric vehicle enterprise, generating beneficial effects inside its ecosystem. While Tesla's operations may exhibit some degree of diversification, the company's primary emphasis still lies in coordination combining supply chain management, production, technology, and sales to produce cutting-edge electric automobiles and sustainable energy solutions.
