Automation is a highly helpful tool for the Agile team since it provides a faster and more valuable supply of goods and services. Teams can boost output by automating time-consuming tasks so they can focus more on more complex work. Additionally, it can help teams keep a high standard and lower the likelihood of human error. But it's crucial to keep in mind that automation should be employed wisely and not only for its own sake. Teams must decide which jobs are most suited for automation while maintaining the human element required for productive cooperation and communication. Furthermore, automation's design can complement and improve the job of qualified professionals rather than be perceived as a replacement for them. However, automation can be a useful tool for agile teams if it is used wisely and effectively. Thus far, the need for human participation and teamwork needs to be continually weighed against how much it can enhance team performance.
