The following is how the TOGAF ADM procedure might be used:

Phase I: This stage entails setting up the architecture governance and getting ready for the architecture development.

Architecture Vision: During this stage, the company creates an overview of the intended enterprise architecture.

Business Architecture: This stage is all about outlining the organization's structure and business plan.

Information Systems Architecture: The definition of the data architecture and information systems is the focus of this phase.

Technology Architecture: The infrastructure and technology solutions required to support business processes and information systems are chosen during this phase.

Possibilities and Solutions: During this stage, certain projects and efforts are determined in order to put the architecture into practice.

Preparing the Migration: This phase comprises creating a detailed plan for implementing the architecture and managing the transition from the current state to the intended state.

Implementation Governance: Ensuring that the architecture is implemented as planned is the aim of this phase.
