After a successful 15 year career running his own marketing consulting and sales training firm, Terry Hansen decided to enroll in the nationally recognized Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning (OPWL) Masters Program at Boise State University during the Spring of 2018.

His desire was to take his experience and expertise to the next level by learning and applying advanced principles for helping companies improve their ability to achieve their sales and marketing goals.

During an intensive two year period Terry completed all the requirements needed to graduate from the program with high marks.

This portfolio website was designed to showcase a few of the academic projects that Terry completed during the program to illustrate the principles that were learn and applied to real world situations dealing with his clients.

It is hoped that after reviewing the details of these projects the viewer will gain deeper insights into the expanded competencies Terry Hansen has acquired as it relates to improving human performance and helping organizations achieve their strategic outcomes.
