Ability: When taking the “Transform and Build” action, you may skip one Terrain or River space by spending 3 more Power (Seed Dispersal). Get 4 Victory points each time when doing a Seed Dispersal. You have no Shipping. In the final Area scoring, any Structures that can be reached via Seed Dispersal are considered connected (regardless of the number of your leftover Power).

Stronghold: Immediately and only once, place a number of Power tokens from the general supply in Bowl III of your Faction board equal to the number of players. (This way, it is possible to have more than 12 Power tokens in your Bowls.)

From now on, get 6 Victory points when doing a Seed Dispersal.
