Court Foundtion Unsound
After reaching Phase 5 in February 2023, the builder selected by the City of Temple Terrace identified the original concrete foundation as not stable enough to support safe courts of any kind. As a result, the decision has been made to demolish the existing courts. Monies dedicated to the Riverhills Court Project will now be directed to renovating the Temple Terrace Tennis Center to include pickleball.
Riverhills Court Revitalization
We are working with the City of Temple Terrace to renovate old tennis courts into a state of the art, 6 court, pickleball complex.
