COUNCIL CHAMBERS WHITELIST

Grandmaster - Permanently Whitelisted

Master of the Order - Permanently Whitelisted

Jedi Council - Permanently Whitelisted

Grandmaster's Padawan - Only when summoned

Master of the Order's Apprentice - Only when summoned

Jedi Councilor's Apprentice - Only when summoned

Anybody else is not whitelisted and will be terminated for trespassing.
The Temple Guards may dismiss someone from the chambers for the safety of their most prioritised VIP. This is all in effect in any and all areas.
