This codex follows a strict policy of classification. This is a site only to be seen by the acting members of the Temple Guard.
I. Operatives of the Guard are not permitted to speak in any chat besides the designated team chat while on-duty, unless they have explicit permission from personnel of the TG Officer Corps. Even with permission, only phrases such as "DISPERSE!" are allowed.
II. TG must maintain an unwavering demeanor of maturity, professionalism, near-perfect composure, expert levels of integrity under any circumstances.
III. TG must speak and act respectfully toward others, both in-game and on Discord. Discrimination, harassment, or racism will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
IV. TG must follow and adhere to the Chain of Command at all times for any matter. The Chain of Command is for in-game matters, however depending on the severity discord matters may be taken up with further authority.
V. Operatives of the Guard are to never abandon their designated post unless provoked by hostile actions intended to kill, maim, or disrupt the duties and functions of the Guard. If such actions do not directly or indirectly harm you, you are to disengage and resume standard procedure.
I. The TG are to safeguard their designated VIP at all costs, utilising any means necessary to ensure their protection and the preservation of their mission.
II. The TG are responsible for enforcing the Stud Law, ensuring that all unwhitelisted individuals are kept at an appropriate distance from the VIP at all times.
III. Any unauthorised personnel found trespassing within the Council Chambers are to be immediately neutralised, with lethal force sanctioned.
IV. The TG are authorised to eliminate any individual deemed a threat or in violation of our Codex protocols, executing such actions with precision and without hesitation.
V. Any person who enters the VIP’s designated kill zone and is not actively engaged in conversation with the VIP is subject to termination. However, if the VIP approaches or engages with the individual, lethal action is strictly prohibited.
VI. Temple Guards are not permitted to duel anyone outside of the dojo. You must utilise the dojo's mats if you wish to have spar.
Should a Temple Guard break any of the rules mentioned above, they will be entitled to a punishment similar to the severity of the rule broke.
Each punishment goes on a case by case basis. The higher your rank the more severe the punishment because you have higher expectations.
If you fail to complete your punishment within 1 week of receiving it, you will immediately be striked, if you do not have a valid excuse.
Here are the lists of punishments:
Jumping Jacks - Meant for minor punishments.
Hell Jacks - Meant for minor or medium punishments.
Indoctrination - Discipline training. This is meant for general incompetency or medium or major punishment
Strikes - Meant for medium for major punishments. These cannot be appealed but will become void in 2 months of receiving the strike.

The first strike results in 35 Hell Jacks and a written warning.
The second strike results in a demotion back to Pledge and a written warning.
The third strike results in an exile from the Guard.
Demotions - Happens with major punishments. Will typically come with an indoctrination.
Rank Lock - Happens with major punishments. You will not be allowed to rank up for a certain amount of time. Will typically come with an indoctrination or a strike.
Blacklist - Only for the worst offenders. You will be exiled and not be allowed to join the DHG again. This is appealable, depending on the severity, and may be removed through a vote that has been passed by the HICOM.
All quotas will be determined by the rank requirements in order to rank up from your current rank.
Strikes may be earnt by not attending atleast a minimum of one events per week.
Low Ranks & NCOs must attend one event per week.
Officers must host one event per week.
