Teleporting on Alliance Territory
It is very important that players teleport on the edges of the alliance territory, not in the middle of it.
Why?
Mainly because cities get in the way of resource point spawns, you always want to have as much resource points inside the alliance territory as possible for gathering, as they give benefits both to the players and the alliance.
You want to really try and push it as much to the edge as possible, to make the most empty space withing the territory.
Examples
Green: good example, that's how you should do it.
Yellow: Its not ideal but i can live with that.
Red: Wrong, do not do that.
The only time it is okay to take up any part of the territory and teleport in the middle of it, is during fights in LK. After building new flags in war zones we will need to of course maximize the number of people in the middle of the fight. In this case no one cares about resource points.
"BALL"
A Ball in Rise of Kingdoms is an open-field fighting meta. The idea is that a lot of alliance members gather together in one place, this often takes spherical shape, hence the name 'ball'. Being in a ball and following the markers, such as "push ball", etc. is crucial for dominating the field and trading positive against the enemy. The key point to take is that a ball allows us to fight as one unit and making sure nobody is an easy, single target. It is crucial to follow markers to make a ball work properly. Even one person can break the ball, or let the enemies AoE damage allies, that's why the team-work and paying attention is a MUST.
Let's visually take a look at a few examples:
The image above is an example of a BAD ball. The marker clearly says to make a tight ball, however you can see two marches slighly away from the ball. Why is this terrible?
Those marked two marches can be targeted by enemy and melted in 2 seconds.
If the enemy has an AoE, especially a circular one (e.g. YSG), its AoE will damage the marches in the ball, without even fighting.
This image above is a much BETTER example of a ball. It could be tigher still, but it is definitely good already.
Key points of a ball.
Keeping it as tight as possible
When the leaderships puts a "push ball here" marker or similar, it is very important that the ball pushes as one, all together, keeping the ball tight at all times.
When the ball fighting starts with the enemy ball, try your best to keep your march within the ball. Do not get dragged out of the ball or you will melt.
A ball is only as strong as its weakest member, and I dont mean the power of the march with this, its about the team-work and being ready to face anything, together.
"Quick Help: Enable Fast Assistance"
The "Quick Help" feature in Rise of Kingdoms allows you to assist your fellow alliance members faster with their building, healing, research, and other time-reducing tasks. By enabling this setting, you’ll automatically see help requests pop up, instead of having to find them from the alliance tab.
How to Enable Quick Help (Visual Aid Below):
Open the game Settings.
Navigate to the Customization tab.
Look for the Quick Help toggle and switch it ON (green indicator).
Then you will see a help pop up appear on top of the alliance tab everytime someone requests help and you can click it to provide help faster. (Spam that button everytime is up)
