KINGDOM TECHNOLOGY

Kingdom Technology is extremely important during KVK1. Until the level 6+ Barbarian forts come out (5 and under don't give any), spend all your Action Points on killing Barbarians. Ideally build a group with a few people and do longer runs together. R4/R5 will help organize those, pay attention to the markers.
Some of the Endless War Events will also generate Teck Tokens as items, like the Strategic Reserve. This tokens will end up in your inventory after finishing the quests, so make sure to use them and donate them asap. Only donate to Kingdom Recomendation Techs. See images below:
