4. Select stakeholders you want to interogate
5. Pick adequate indicators
6. Define methods to collect data and conduct the survey
7. Analyse the data
8. Interpete the data and compile a report
9. Draw conclusions and compose recommendations
10. Make a debriefing collaboratively
11. Note questions
12. Prepare the presentation of your evaluation
13. Ask your coach for a meeting
