Confirm all network settings were pulled from DHCP. Confirm IP, Mask, Gateway and DNS.
Check folder was shared properly. Best practice to create a separate administrator account just for Scanning.
Try using the browse option to access the shared folder from an SMB scan from the Copier.
Make sure SMB is turn ON. If it's on you can try turning OFF then restarting. Then turn ON and restart. (SMB Server: OFF [option])
Check if there's a firewall software installed such as Norton or McAfee. Add Printer with IP Address. Or turn off to test.
Try using IP address instead of computer name. If you use IP address on the path make sure you set the computer IP Address Static.
