ISSUE: E590-8002 + 1600 Jam Code. Code would come up when you hole punch only. Every sheet when hole punch would trigger this error code.
SOLUTION: I replaced both Motor 301 and Punch PCB. I then got a message saying I needed a firmware update. After performing firmware the machine began to whole punch properly.
FUTURE STEPS:
Update firmware first.
Then if that does not work replace Motor301 (FM1-H831-010) and punch PCB (FM1-H821-000).
You can also test both the motor and sensors on Situation Mode.
Issue: Bad conection between DC controller and Main Controller 2. Book had me check the 2 wires that conect between the two boards. I Reseated and took off the zip ties and continued to get the E733 Error code. I also replaced the DC Controller with no luck. Also, replaced Main Controller 1 and error continued to come up.

ISSUE: Jam code 0102. Location PS 32 of machine diagram.
FOUND: The Lever, Paper Sensor was broken off and the spring was lost.
SOLUTION: Bellow the part for individual order or unit can be ordered as well.
ISSUE: 1002 Jam code at sensor PS102 with a V1/V2 Finisher attached.
SOLUTION: The paper was stopping at a diverter flapper in the finisher. This diverter flapper
is held in the up or open position by a small spring. In this case the spring was
missing which caused the flapper to be in the down position. This redirected the
paper to the upper delivery section of the finisher.
The jam code is a delay jam at PS102 because the paper never gets to this sensor.
The following image is a close up of the flapper that should be normally in the
up position. The red arrow points to the flapper.
The part number for the spring is FE3-8986-000.
The spring attaches to a white plastic arm, that is attached to the flapper shaft,
it is Key # 48, FE3-9794-000. Arm, flapper.
The flapper is key # 26 and it is part # FE3-6649-000.
