「We shine bright and light up others.」是Teenage Light的理念。
Teenage Light主辦的營隊活動是由國高中學生自主規劃並擔任志工老師帶領國小學生，藉由服務的歷程發揮自我的知識力、組織力、創造力及團隊協調能力。
Teenage Light已主辦過「2019暑假英語營」、「2020寒假英語營」、「2020暑假科學營」、「2021寒假科學營」及「2021暑假氣候變遷線上營」，每位擔任志工老師的國高中生在帶領學生的過程會不斷地從自身經驗中回想與找尋解決方法，進而跨越自我的侷限。
肯・羅賓森(Ken Robinson)曾說過：「我們的工作就是幫助孩子們在自己的未來發光發亮」。Teenage Light相信青少年的未來掌握在自己的手裡，我們提供實踐的機會，讓青少年體會到年齡不是限制，只要相信自己和具有奉獻的精神，他們也能發光發亮。
Teenage Light招募有志於服務他人與展現自我的青少年，經由犯錯、反省與服務過程中，一起創造屬於自己的奇蹟。
"We shine bright and light up others." is the belief of Teenage Light.
Teenage Light has hosted several free educational camps single-handedly led and organized by teenagers. Through displaying their creativity, organizing ability, cooperation, and knowledge, these volunteers find a sense of self-satisfaction and achievement in exceeding their boundaries and expectations.
Teenage Light has hosted a total of 6 camps in elementaries, including "2019 English Summer Camp", "2020 English Winter Camp", "2020 Science Summer Camp", "2021 Science Winter Camp", "2021 Climate Change Online Summer Camp", and "2021 Python Coding Online Summer Camp". Each volunteer acts as a teacher in our activities and finds solutions to solve any upcoming problem.
Ken Robinson once said, "Our task is to educate students' whole being so they can face the future. We may not see the future, but they will, and our job is to help them make something of it." Teenage Light believes that every teenager has the full potential to achieve anything they desire. We provide opportunities to let teenagers understand that age is not a limitation. Once they believe in themselves and give their complete devotion, they can also shine bright.
Our organization recruits volunteers who are interested in helping others and self-breakthrough. Through making mistakes, reflection, and service, we can build a miracle of our own.
