ABOUT US

A group of us have formed a tutorial website to help out with simple matters related to technology, to aid people during the pandemic, and in general for people who are new to it. Our website is named Tech Tutorials, we work towards providing essential information on how to log in, and place an order on multiple online platforms.

A bit of info regarding the website

• We will be updating the website regularly in the future through your own suggestions in the form below (click the button titled 'If you have finished viewing the site, kindly click here.')

• The info text box is listed with the tutorials with the brand or application logo located on the left of these text boxes respectively.

• You can also click on the application logo to see some info regarding the application such as its purpose and currently operating locations.

• You can also navigate the website using the headers located on the top right corner of your screen.

• Our tutorials consist of both textual instructions as well as zoomed in screenshots, to make them more comprehensible.

• Once you access the tutorial you want to use, scroll up or down to find the tutorial for each device (eg. Phone or Computer)

CHANGES

To everyone who replied to our form below with feedback, we thank you for the kind words and your valuable insights. We have looked over the responses and will be going about adding changes over each week to make the site as perfect as it can be. Here are a couple of changes we have implemented:

• We have added tutorials for MedLife/PharmEasy, at the moment there are only tutorials for computer/desktop but we are working on adding tutorials for mobile

• We have made all collapsible text boxes to normal text boxes

• We have also added this section to let you all know about any updates and fixes to the site

• We are working on adding tutorials for Amazon Mobile and Dunzo as well

• We have also edited the form below to help make it more accessible and added questions for problems with following tutorials where we will make changes so we can help you
