How to create an account on Big Basket
For Computer/Laptop:
Step 1: Enter the url: bigbasket.com
Step 2: On the top right corner of your screen, there will be a ‘Sign up’ option located near the ‘Login’ option
Step 3: Click the ‘Sign up’ option, and a pop up interface opens on your screen
Step 4: There will be a Facebook icon alongside a Gmail icon and below those icons there will be a text box for a phone number. Depending on which way you would like to sign up, follow those instructions that fit your method of signing in
IF you are using Gmail: Click the gmail icon, enter in your email id into the text box along with the password, and the phone number linked to your gmail (IF you don’t have a phone number, skip the previous step). An OTP will be sent to either your email or phone number depending on the previous step, enter the OTP into the text box that pops up.
IF you are using Facebook: Click the Facebook icon, enter in your email id or your phone number into the text box along with the password. An OTP will be sent to either your email or phone number depending on the previous step, enter the OTP into the text box that pops up.
IF you are using Phone Number: An OTP will be sent to your phone number, enter the OTP into the text box that pops up.
Step 5: Soon after, a prompt will pop up asking you to enter in your personal details such as your name, email, delivery address, city, area, etc. Enter in all those details and you have finished setting up your account
For Phone/Tablet:
Step 1: Open the Big Basket app on your device
Step 2: Enter in the Location/City where you live
Step 3: Click the 3 lines on the top left corner of your screen
Step 4: Click the ‘Sign up’ option
Step 5: Enter in your phone number. An OTP will be sent to your phone number, enter the OTP into the text box that pops up.
Step 6: Soon after, a prompt will pop up asking you to enter in your personal details such as your name, email, delivery address, city, area, etc. Enter in all those details and you have finished setting up your account
