How to place an order for groceries with Big Basket

For Computer/Laptop:

Step 1: Enter the item you would like to purchase into the text box located near the top of your screen.

Step 2: Click the item of your choice in the list that opens up below the search bar.

Step 3: Click the ‘Add’ button if you want to buy that product (click the + or - signs to add one more or one less of the same product).

Step 4: Repeat the previous steps until you have bought everything you want.

Step 5: Click the ‘Basket’ icon located near the right side of your screen

Step 6: Review your list of groceries you have added to see if you want to make any changes.

Step 7: Click the ‘Checkout’ option once you have finalised your purchase.

Step 8: Enter in your payment details and you will receive the delivery dates for your products when they arrive.

For Mobile/Tablet:

Step 1: Enter the item you would like to purchase into the text box located near the top of your screen.

Step 6: Review your list of groceries you have added to see if you want to make any changes, you can also view the total bill in the bottom of the screen.

Step 7: Click the ‘Checkout’ option once you have finalised your purchase.

Step 8: Enter in your payment details and you will receive the delivery dates for your products when they arrive.
