Outcomes

We had 15 residents attend and the Vodafone Wi-Fi hotspot coped admirably. When we checked the connection speed with fast.com it was Bill with the fastest speed as he was sitting closest to the hotspot!

We reviewed connection our phones' Wi-Fi connection and looked at changes on our site here. The main changes are to the home page and the addition of the How To menu which now holds a summary of the key information we use regularly.

The main topic was an introduction to the WhatsApp app which will allow frequent communication among us at all times between meetings and the publication of the monthly newsletter. An article about the Cypress Gardens Residents WhatsApp group (CGR) is available. We then all tried to download and join WhatsApp and the CGR group and the ToC group for those who attend these meetings.
