  • Awarded for the purchase a Ken-A-Vision VideoFlex Camera to assist students in proper microscope use and specimen identification.

• Monsanto Grant (2013)

  • Awarded for the purchase a Flinn Demonstration Hood and Lab Goggles to help furnish a general use classroom that was just converted for science use and lacked adequate supplies to safely conduct lab investigation.

• Hawaii State FCU IIE Grant (2013)

  • Awarded for the purchase TI-30x Scientific Calculators for general classroom use when students worked on calculations in science class.  At the time, most students did not have scientific calculators and relied on phones or basic simple-function calculators instead.
